The first is 30 years experience in the residential construction field. Yes, that’s right I’ve spent 30 years learning the ins and outs of home construction before getting into home inspections.
Second I have over 450 hours of classroom training and constantly have more continuing education credits than required by law.
I have both the experience AND the training to help you make an informed decision concerning your purchase.
A little about myself…….
After being in the residential construction field, for so many years, I wanted to find something where my expertise could provide me an income while achieving a sense of helping people and giving something back to the community. Home Inspections is that field. I feel so happy that I’ve been able to help my clients make informed decisions concerning their home purchases. It’s a good feeling to save someone both money as well as heartache by finding things they were unaware of.
I have lived and worked in the Austin area for a little over 30 years. The last five and a half years I have been doing inspections for a local consulting firm providing housing for low income persons. I find helping people to be very rewarding.
I have three wonderful daughters and live with my beautiful wife Lisa and our dogs Giselle and Punky.
